At BrewDog, we want you to enjoy every sip and snack; if your order isn't up to our high standards, we offer a 14-day return window for non-perishable merchandise and a quality guarantee on all brews. Please note that for safety reasons, perishable food items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.
- 2.Pack Your Items
Securely package your items in their original BrewDog shipping box or a similar sturdy container to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Label and Ship
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
